By accessing Bazaarly and placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Information

We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, design, packaging, size, or specifications may occur due to manufacturer updates or screen differences. Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Bazaarly reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments are accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Delivery and return charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Bazaarly and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bazaarly is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from improper use, mishandling, or misuse of products after delivery.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
